INSTRUCTIONS First, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Next, place potatoes on a cutting board and cut them in half; place one half of potato in between two butter knives or chopping sticks to prevent cutting potato all the way through. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch thick slices.
