Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips I used ½ cup white chocolate chips and ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I recommend using just semi sweet chocolate chips or just chocolate chunks)
  • ½ cup chocolate chunks for the topping

Instructions
 

  •  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line the muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas, add melted butter, and mix until all combined; add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and mix well.
  • Add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
  • Fill the muffin liners. Divide the batter evenly into a 12 muffin liners.
  • Top them with chocolate chunks.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
