¼cupcheeseuse any cheese you like ( I used Mexican style cheese)

2tablespoonfresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Cut a thin slice off the end and the tip of the squash, and then evenly cut in half, lengthwise. Use a spoon to scope the seeds out.
Drizzle squash with oil, sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Use your hand to coat the squash with seasonings.
Place the squash in the air fryer basket and air fry for 20 minutes or until fork-tender. (Cook time will vary according to the size of the squash.)
Once cooked, fluff up the inside with a fork, add Alfredo sauce and mix again. Top it with more cheese and parsley.
Air fry for two more minutes or until the cheese has melted.

No air fryer? No problem. You can make spaghetti squash in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut and season the squash as directed. Place the squash in a baking tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fork-tender.
