Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Sift all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until all are combined.
  • Add the eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk and mix until there are no lumps.
  • Preheat a none stick skillet on medium-low heat. Grease the skillet and pour ⅓ cup of the batter onto the skillet. Once bubbles start to form on top, flip and cook for two more minutes.
  • Repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
  • Serve with maple syrup and butter on top.
