Preheat the oven to 350 °F - 177 °C
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Add about 1 tbsp. of dry ingredients to your chocolate chips, walnuts, and raisins, and mix until all gets coated with flour.
In a separate bowl, cream together eggs, sugar, coconut oil,and vanilla, then set it aside.
Mash bananas in a bowl and add yogurt or sour cream.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and then add the mashed bananas.
Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips, walnuts, and raisins.
Transfer to a prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Let the banana bread cool down for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
