Ingredients
  

Chicken marinate ingredients:

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ctric acid or 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon aleppo peppers
  • 1 teaspoon black peppers
  • 1 tbsp. olive olive

Chicken legs or quarters

  • 1.5 lb. chicken

Instructions
 

  • Make your marinade sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until all is well combined.
  • Marinate 1.5 lbs. of chicken legs and quarters. Use your hand to make sure they are all coated with the seasonings.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking tray and cover tightly with foil. Bake the covered chicken at 450 °F - 230 °C for 45 minutes, then bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
