Boil your pasta until Al Dente.
Add your ground beef to a saucepan and cook it until its color become brown.
Add tomato paste, tomato pesto, garlic, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Aleppo pepper. Stir the mixture until all ingredients mixed.
Add oil and let the mixture sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add the sauce to your pasta and gently mix.
Lastly, serve cooked pasta with freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
