In a bowl, combine the ground chicken meat, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic, jalapeños, salt, chili flakes, and cornstarch. Mix these with a spatula until fully combined.
Time to fold wontons! Fold wontons wrapper in any way you like, or choose one of the abovementioned ways.
In a deep pot, fill oil until it reaches the 3-inch mark. Heat it about 190 C or 375 F.
Carefully place six to eight wontons in each badge; make sure to keep adequate space between them. Avoid from overcrowding the pot.
Fry the wontons for about three to five minutes or until golden brown. Take them out and drain on paper towel. Repeat the process with the other wontons.
If you are still against deep-frying, make this into a steamed chicken wonton recipe by steaming the wrappers. They will still taste good.
Serve right away with chili sauce to really deliver a delicious punch.
