Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds lamb chops
  • 2 teaspoons meat tenderizer optional
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter for frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add lamb chops, spices (meat tenderizer, Montreal steak seasoning, and salt).
  • Add garlic and olive oil and mix until lamb chops are coated with seasonings.
  • Marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a large iron cast skillet to medium heat, then add oil.
  • Once it is hot, add lamb chops to the skillet.
  • Cook on each side for5-6 minutes (It depends on the thickness of your lamb chops; you might have to cook them for 3-4 minutes on each side.)
  • Cook lamb chops to your desired doneness.
  • Finish the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.
