The quick and easy vegetable broth gravy is made by frying onions, garlic rosemary and flour in butter. Then, you add the vegetable broth to get the best gravy.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Maggie cube
  • ¼ cup onions finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary fresh
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Add onions, garlic, and rosemary while occasionally stirring until onions are tender.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Maggie cube or salt, and black pepper
  • Add the flour.
  • Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring frequently.
  • Gradually add the vegetables broth.
  • Continue siring over medium heat until it has thickened to a gravy consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy with your dear ones!
