These crispy air fryer crab rangoons turn out deliciously crunchy and taste like deep-fried! It is a flavorful, healthy, and easy air-fried recipe that combines savory and creamy crab filling perfectly stuffed into crunchy wonton wrappers.
4-6ouncesimitation crab(you can also use canned crab meat)
6-8ouncescream cheese(you can soften it in the microwave by heating it for 10-15 seconds)
1green onion(chopped)
1teaspoonsoy sauce
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
⅓teaspoonsalt
2garlic cloves(minced)
20wonton wrappers
cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the Air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir to mix well.
Lay out one wonton wrap on a flat surface. Moisten each side of the wrapper with water.
Fill about one teaspoon of the filling onto the Center of wonton wrap. ( don't overfill)
To fold, bring opposite corners together to the middle of the wonton and pinch them close, pinch the top where the filling is. Repeat for the other two corners. Press the edges to seal.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place crab rangoon in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking oil.
Air fry on 380 degrees F for 8 minutes, flip the crab rangoons, and cook for additional 2-4 minutes.
Remove crab rangoons from the air fryer and serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
