Sift all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until all are combined.
Add the eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk and mix until there are no lumps.
Preheat a none stick skillet on medium-low heat. Grease the skillet and pour ⅓ cup of the batter onto the skillet. Once bubbles start to form on top, flip and cook for two more minutes.
Repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
Serve with maple syrup and butter on top.
