Chocolate sauce ingredients.

Instructions
In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients
Add the eggs, oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer. The batter should look like a brownie batter.
In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk with instant coffee and gradually add it to the brownie batter. The batter should have a runny consistency.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan (I used an 8×8 round cake pan) and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 35 minutes.
Chocolate Sauce:
Put a saucepan on medium heat and add the milk, flour, sugar and unsweetened cocoa power. Whisk very well.
Once the sauce has thickened, remove the saucepan from the stove and mix in the butter and vanilla extract.
Cover the Chocolate Sauce with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to cool down.
Your Chocolate Sauce is done!
