Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 can Table cream (170 ML) you can substitute it with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • Tea biscuits
  • 1 tbsp. Instant coffee
  • 1 cup Water
  • Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the following wet ingredients: cream cheese (softened at room temperature), sweetened condensed milk, and table cream(substitue with heavy whipping cream) .
  • Mix wet ingredients with a mixer until well combined and creamy.
  • In a small bowl, combine instant coffee with room temperature water.
  • Dip the tea biscuits into the coffee mixture to coat and then line them up in the bottom of a pan or casserole dish .
  • Add a thick layer of the cream on top of the biscuits.
  • Continue layering the cream and the tea biscuits to your liking.
  • Finish off the cake with a layer of cream on top.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder to finish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours for best results.
