Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ground chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped dill
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add ground chicken breast, parsley, dill, garlic, spices, and salt.
  • Add the cheese and eggs to the chicken mixture.
  • Mix with your hand or a spoon until everything is well-combined.
  • Add the oil to a pan on medium-high heat. Add about ¼ cup of the mixture to the pan and fry each side for 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain the oil in a paper towel and serve.
  • Dip them in ranch or garlic sauce and enjoy it.
