In a large bowl, add all your marinade ingredients and mix until all combined.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until all chicken pieces are covered with marinade.
Cover the bowl and marinate your chicken in the refrigerator overnight or marinate for at least an hour.
HOW TO COOK CHICKEN TIKKA IN THE OVEN:
Preheat your oven to (450 degrees F – 230 degrees C)
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Thread a piece of chicken kabobs onto the skewer
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip them every 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink or when the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Serve it with your favorite sauce.
