Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 600 grams Chicken breast

Instructions
 

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA MARINATE:

  • In a large bowl, add all your marinade ingredients and mix until all combined.
  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until all chicken pieces are covered with marinade. 
  •  Cover the bowl and marinate your chicken in the refrigerator overnight or marinate for at least an hour. 

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN TIKKA IN THE OVEN:

  • Preheat your oven to (450 degrees F – 230 degrees C)
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 
  •  Thread a piece of chicken kabobs onto the skewer
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip them every 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink or when the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Serve it with your favorite sauce.
