Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef, and cook until brown for about 4 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Drain excess fat if necessary, then set aside.
Lay your tortilla on a flat surface. Layer: ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeno, cheese, and the 5-inch tortilla.
Fold the edges of the tortilla over the center. Continue to work your way around until it’s tight and fully folded.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side until it is firm, crunchy, and golden brown.
REPEAT STEP THREE AND FOUR UNTIL YOU HAVE FOUR CRUNCH WRAPS.
Cut and serve immediately.
