buttermilk ranch dressing

medium size potatoes peeled and cut into medium size cubes
black pepper
Cajun seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
Prepare your chicken:
Preheat your oven to 450 °F
In a large bowl, season your cleaned chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, olive oil, and ranch dressing.
Massage the seasoning into the meat until all is combined. (You can let the chicken marinate for a couple of hours if you have time).
Bake your Chicken:
Place cubed potatoes at the bottom of your baking dish or cast iron skillet, followed by the chicken thighs.
Sprinkle some black pepper, Cajun seasoning/ or lemon pepper on the chicken skin.
Place the pan uncovered into the preheated 450°F oven for 60 minutes. Broil on high heat until golden.
Allow the chicken to rest for about 10 minutes before eating. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve it with any side dish of your choice.
