- 2 pounds lamb chops
- 2 teaspoons meat tenderizer optional
- Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste
- 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter for frying
- 1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, add lamb chops, spices (meat tenderizer, Montreal steak seasoning, and salt).
Add garlic and olive oil and mix until lamb chops are coated with seasonings.
Marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Heat a large iron cast skillet to medium heat, then add oil.
Once it is hot, add lamb chops to the skillet.
Cook on each side for5-6 minutes (It depends on the thickness of your lamb chops; you might have to cook them for 3-4 minutes on each side.)
Cook lamb chops to your desired doneness.
Finish the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.
