INGREDIENTS – 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour – 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ cup granulated sugar – ½ cup unsalted butter cold

INGREDIENTS – 3 medium ripe bananas about 1 cup mashed banana – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste – ½ cup heavy cream plus 2 tablespoons for brushing the scones before baking – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – ¼ cup white chocolate chips melted (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS: 1- In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all dry ingredients are well combined.

INSTRUCTIONS: 2-Grate the cold butter with a cheese grater into the flour mixture and toss to combine with flour until you have a crumbly mixture.
