INGREDIENTS
– 3 medium ripe bananas about 1 cup mashed banana
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
– ½ cup heavy cream plus 2 tablespoons for brushing the scones before baking
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– ¼ cup white chocolate chips melted (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
3– Add mashed banana, heavy cream, and vanilla to the flour mixture. Stir with a fork until it starts to come together and forms large clumps. Add the chocolate chips.

4– Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. knead it and shape it into a ball. Press down the ball into an 8-inch circle. Cut into 8 triangles using a sharp knife or a bench scraper.
