For Middle Eastern Pomegranate Salad: – 2 Persian cucumber OR 1 English cucumber, small diced – 2 Roma tomato small diced – 1 Romaine lettuce chopped finely – 2 tablespoons Fresh dill finely chopped

For Middle Eastern Pomegranate Salad: – 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley finely chopped – 2 tablespoons Fresh mint finely chopped – 1 cup Pomegranate seeds – ¼ cup Dried sweetened cranberries
