The quick and easy vegetable broth gravy is made by frying onions, garlic rosemary and flour in butter. Then, you add the vegetable broth to get the best gravy.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Add onions, garlic, and rosemary while occasionally stirring until onions are tender.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Maggie cube or salt, and black pepper
Add the flour.
Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring frequently.
Gradually add the vegetables broth.
Continue siring over medium heat until it has thickened to a gravy consistency.
