If you are a big fan of Vegetarian Stuffed Grape Leaves, we totally get you. Often interchangeable as Dolma, once you have a taste of this Middle Easterndelicacy, you cannot have enough of it. This flavor-packed dish fills you with pure joy with every sumptuous bite.
In a large bowl, add rinsed rice, finely chopped parsley, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onions, oil, tomato paste, black pepper, citric acid, red pepper, and salt.
Mix them well with the help of a spatula. If needed, wear hand gloves and mix them with your hands.
Stuff and Cook the Dolma:
Add ¼ cup oil to the bottom of your large pot.
Add frozen green beans.
Start adding stuffed onions, then stuffed tomato and bell peppers, and stuffed grape leaves.
Add 3 cups of hot water to the pot. Put a plate upside down on top of the Grape leaves that hold everything.
Cook the dolmas uncovered on medium-high heat for 10 minutes and then cover with lid and cook it on low heat for an hour.
