For the Chicken and Tortellini: 1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste 8 oz cheese tortellini 1 tbsp light olive oil For the Alfredo Sauce: 1/4 cup unsalted butter 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips. Set aside.
Cook the Tortellini: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions.
Drain the tortellini and set aside.
