  • 16 oz. rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 4 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. tomato pesto
  • ½ cup finely chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. Aleppo pepper
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  • Boil your pasta until Al Dente.
  • Add your ground beef to a saucepan and cook it until its color become brown.
  • Add tomato paste, tomato pesto, garlic, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Aleppo pepper. Stir the mixture until all ingredients mixed.
  • Add oil and let the mixture sauté for a couple of minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the sauce to your pasta and gently mix.
  • Lastly, serve cooked pasta with freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
