Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • cup oil
  • 1 lemon , juiced and zested
  • 15.25 ounce box lemon cake mix
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl. Add two whole eggs, ⅓ cup of oil, 1 tablespoon of
    lemon juice, and lemon zest of a lemon altogether.
  • Mix all the ingredients with a hand whisk or a fork. mix it thoroughly until you well-
    combine all the ingredients.
  • Sift your store-bought cake mix. Then, add sifted cake mix to the wet ingredients. Use a spatula to properly mix all the ingredients.
  • Next, add ¾ cup of white chocolate chips to the batter. And fold everything
    using a spatula again.
  • Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking tray. Add more white chocolate to the scooped cookies.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set
  • After you take the tray out of the oven, let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer your freshly-baked cookies to a wire rack.
  • Once the cookies cool down completely, keep them in an airtight container.
