Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the mango:

  • Peel the ripe mango and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango into small chunks.
  • Blend the mango: Place the mango chunks in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • Whisk matcha powder with hot water to create a smooth paste.
  • Add honey or your preferred sweetener to the matcha mixture and stir until dissolved.
  • Fill the glass with about 1/4 of mango puree, and add ice, milk, and matcha.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or mango slices.
  • Sip and enjoy your delicious Mango Matcha Latte!
