Juicy Baked Chicken Leg And Thigh Quarters
These Juicy baked chicken legs and quarters are effortless and budget-friendly, with tender juices on the inside and golden crispy bits on the outside!
Chicken marinate ingredients:
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ctric acid or 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon aleppo peppers
- 1 teaspoon black peppers
- 1 tbsp. olive olive
Make your marinade sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until all is well combined.
Marinate 1.5 lbs. of chicken legs and quarters. Use your hand to make sure they are all coated with the seasonings.
Transfer chicken to a baking tray and cover tightly with foil. Bake the covered chicken at 450 °F - 230 °C for 45 minutes, then bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
