To Start, preheat your oven to 400ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper then in a large pot of salted boiling water cook the cored cabbage for about 2 minutes until crisp tender. Use two sets of tongs, one to remove cabbage leaf  from the base and the second set of tongs to hold the cabbage steady or use a slotted spoon to remove each leaf to a colander set over a bowl and let drain. I would recommend carefully removing the cabbage spine for ease in folding.

If you are planning on making this green crunchwrap often, then you can store your boiled cabbage large leaves in the freezer for later use. Storing the leaves may take away some of its delicious crunch, but that’s okay the taste will still be as amazing as it should be! Finally, I think butter lettuce would be a good option too. Just keep in mind that it may not wrap as well, or cover all of the crunchwrap ingredients.

Start by laying your tortilla on the counter, then spread a decent layer of ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, ripe tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeno, cheese, and the 5-inch tortilla. To fold the crunchwrap, fold the edges up and over the center. Work your way around it until all of the filling is covered. What you should be looking at is a five-sided shape with no peaking filling in sight!

  • Cut four tortillas into a 5-inch diameter.
  • Brush both sides with oil and place in the air fryer.
  • Air fry on each side at 400ยฐF for 1 minute or until crunchy.

How to Make Keto Crunchwrap Supreme:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add ground beef and with a wooden spoon cook until brown for about 4 minutes. Wipe out excess excess oil if needed.
  2. For a taco meat version: Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. You can also add hot sauce or chili powder. Drain excess fat if necessary. Set aside.ย 
  3. Lay your tortilla on a flat work surface. Layer: ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeno, cheese, and the 5-inch tortilla. Leave a generous border for folding.ย 
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla over the center. Continue to work your way around until itโ€™s tight and fully folded.ย 
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium-high heat, and place the wrap seam-side down in the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side until it is firm, crunchy, and golden brown.ย 
  6. Repeat step three and four until you have four crunchwraps.
  7. Cut and serve immediately.ย

  • 1 cup Ground beef (I used 80/20 ground beef)
  • 1 tsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 ย Avocado diced
  • 2 tbsp ย Canned jalapenos optional
  • 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • ยฝ nacho cheese
  • ยฝ sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, and cook until brown for about 4 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Drain excess fat if necessary, then set aside.
  • Lay your tortilla on a flat surface. Layer: ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeno, cheese, and the 5-inch tortilla.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla over the center. Continue to work your way around until itโ€™s tight and fully folded.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side until it is firm, crunchy, and golden brown.
  • REPEAT STEP THREE AND FOUR UNTIL YOU HAVE FOUR CRUNCH WRAPS.
  • Cut and serve immediately.

  2. How do u only use 8 tortillas making 4 servings? By your video seems like would need 12? I know cutting into 5 in circles for the tostado and the one on top but still come up with needing 12 toritllas. What am i missing? Lol
