We all know the immense satisfaction of a midnight crawl in your favorite restaurant's drive-thru. However, that plan may not fit into a healthy low-carb diet. For that reason, let me introduce you to my Easy Keto Crunchwrap Supreme recipe! An experience of all senses, this recipe introduces a mouthwatering fragrance of a savory spice mix, flavorful combination of ingredients, and the confusingly good soft crunchy texture. So the next time your cravings demand a midnight crawl, detour to your kitchen counter instead and hit it with my Easy Keto Crunchwrap Supreme recipe!

    Keto Crunchwrap Supreme

This keto crunchwrap supreme is filled with ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeno, and cheese
Perfect for a healthy low-carb diet!

I guess we all learned the hard way that a diet shouldn't be an act of self-punishment. And if I learned anything throughout my life, it is that cutting carbs out doesn’t necessarily mean cutting on deliciousness. For my Easy Keto Crunchwrap Supreme recipe, using Mission Carb Balance Tortillas, allowed me to create a wholesome low-carb dish without losing the amazing flavors. Mission Carb Balance Tortillas are high in fiber and protein, and would make a wonderful low-carb solution for a crunchwrap craving.

What Is the Famous Crunchwrap Supreme?

To all of you who haven't tried Taco Bell's Crunchwrap Supreme...You are missing out! Crunchwrap Supremes are one of Taco Bell's most famous menu items. The wraps are loaded with seasoned beef, cheese, sour cream, and vegetables! Toasted to golden perfection, this wrap is a highly demanded item and a crowd favorite. Consider this Easy Keto Crunchwrap Supreme recipe a healthier copycat of the original thing! Same great taste, way less carbs!

    Customize it to Your Liking!

The best thing about this Easy Keto Crunchwrap recipe is how adaptable it is! You can swap, omit, or even add some ingredients. It is family-friendly, and customizable to your liking! Here are a few suggestions to twist this amazing recipe into your own! First, feel free to add or swap any of the ingredients mentioned with others that you think will complement the final flavor. Second, if you are not a huge meat fan, or looking for some variety, then swap the meat with chicken. Finally, I brought you a fun little assignment; substitute the tortilla wrap with a different vessel! Try this recipe with low carb wraps such as cabbage or lettuce! Wipe that confused expression out, and let me guide you through it!

    A Green Crunchwrap? Yep!

Now this is something you don't see every day...A green crunchwrap! You heard that right. Experiment a little by substituting your tortilla wrap with some cabbage or butter lettuce! Start off by cooking your cabbage leaves in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 2 minutes until tender. Allow your cabbage to drain before using them. I would recommend carefully removing the cabbage spine for ease in folding.

If you are planning on making this green crunchwrap often, then you can store your boiled cabbage leaves in the freezer for later use. Storing the leaves may take away some of its delicious crunch, but that's okay the taste will still be as amazing as it should be! Finally, I think butter lettuce would be a good option too. Just keep in mind that it may not wrap as well, or cover all of the crunchwrap ingredients.

    Save, Serve, Repeat!

This keto crunchwrap supreme is filled with ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeno, and cheese
    Easy, crunchy, and flavorful!

    Tips for the Best Crunchwrap

    • Don't worry if trying this new recipe turned into a family event. All you need to do is to adjust the amount of servings/filling to suit your needs.
    • Make sure you don't overfill the tortilla so it doesn't split at the sides. Split tortilla are quite difficult to cook to golden perfection at the end.
    • If you are craving more filling, then simply cut your tortilla in half when done, and add as much filling as you need!

    Frequently Asked Questions:

What can I serve with my crunchwrap?

Serve this homemade Keto crunchwrap with some tortilla chips, beans, Mexican rice, or salsa. I have seen many interesting pairings when it comes to Mexican food, so customize it to your liking!

Can I prepare this recipe in advance?

Yes of course you can! However, I would recommend preparing everything, storing them in air tight containers, and placing them in the fridge. Keep the avocado out of the mix until you are ready to assemble and devour.

How is this recipe low carb?

To put your worries at easy, yes this recipe is low carb, delicious, and satisfying. I used Mission Carb Balance Tortillas, and each tortilla has 5g of protein, 4g of net carbs, 70 calories, and zero grams of sugar per serving. So there you go, a healthier spin on your favorite Mexican delight.

Here's What to Do for a Perfect Fold!

Taco Bell's amazingly delicious hybrid of a taco/burrito Mexican fusion is almost everyone's guilty pleasure. But we can't always leave the house to indulge in every fast-food craving that comes crashing down on us in the middle of the night. For that reason, let me guide you through this easy method to fold your homemade crushwrap to perfection!

Start by laying your tortilla on the counter, then spread a decent layer of ground beef, nacho cheese, tostada, sour cream, avocado, tomato, lettuce, jalapeno, cheese, and the 5-inch tortilla. To fold the crunchwrap, fold the edges up and over the center. Work your way around it until all of the filling is covered. What you should be looking at is a five-sided shape with no peaking filling in sight!

How do u only use 8 tortillas making 4 servings? By your video seems like would need 12? I know cutting into 5 in circles for the tostado and the one on top but still come up with needing 12 toritllas. What am i missing? Lol

        Hi Travis,
I have updated the recipe to 12 tortillas. I wasn't counting the tostada as a tortilla.
        Thank you
