- yeast

- milk

Instructions
To Make the Dough
First, you have to add lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar in a small bowl. Then, mix and set it aside for 5-10 minutes until yeast activates.
Next, you have to add all-purpose flour, salt, and oil in a large bowl.
After that, you add activated yeast mixture to the flour and you mix them well until all combined.
When you mix them, you have to knead the dough until you form a soft ball.
Then, you have to oil the bowl where you place the dough ball and you cover it with plastic wrap.
Now, let the dough rest in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1hour until it doubles in size.
To Shape the Samoon Bread
Secondly, when the dough has doubled in size, you punch it down gently. You have to divide it into four equal-sized balls.
Then, you must sprinkle the dough balls with some flour. Gently, roll the edges of the dough ball while keeping the center thick. You cover and let it rest for 10- 15 minutes.
After it rests, you have to flatten the center while stretching the edges to keep the shape intact.
In fact, you have to repeat the process for all of the dough balls.
Again, you have to cover the samoon bread and let it rest for another 10-15 minutes.
To Broil the Golden Samoon Bread
