But from my experience , The no-bake Nescafe cake is perfect to make during heat waves . I live in Texas and it gets really hot in the summer that I usually prioritize cool dinners when meal -prepping to help cool down the heat of our bodies. Sometimes it gets really ,really hot that I have to add in some dessert , too . I usually make the no-bake Nescafe every other weekend and whenever it’s too hot . It’s always on the table whenever we’re having a cookout in our backyard or just chilling with friends .
Ingredients for the No-bake Nescafe cake:
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 can of table cream (170 ML) (refrigerate at least an hour before use)
- Tea biscuits
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 cup water (room temperature)
- Cocoa Powder

How to Make a No-Bake Nescafe Cake :
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the following wet ingredients: cream cheese (softened at room temperature), sweetened condensed milk, table cream (refrigerated for at least an hour), or heavy cream.
- Mix wet ingredients with a mixer until well combined and creamy.
- In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee with room temperature water.
- Dip the tea biscuits into the coffee mixture to coat and line them up in the bottom of a pan or casserole dish.
- Add a thick layer of cream on top of the biscuits.
- Continue layering the cream and the tea biscuits to your liking.
- Finish off the cake with a layer of cream on top.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder to finish.
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours for best results.
